Refund policy

LAST UPDATED 8 AUGUST 2026

14 days. Full refund. No questions asked.
If Unmeet isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund the whole amount.

How to request one

  1. Email support@getunmeet.com
  2. Include the email address you paid with, or your Paddle order number
  3. That's it — you don't need to give a reason

We aim to reply within one business day.

How the money comes back

Refunds are issued by Paddle, the merchant of record for all Unmeet purchases, back to your original payment method. Banks typically show it within 5–10 business days, though the exact timing is up to your bank or card issuer.

Any sales tax or VAT you paid is refunded along with the purchase price.

What happens to your licence

When a refund is issued, your licence key is deactivated and Unmeet stops working on the Macs it was activated on. Your settings and history stay on your Mac — deleting the app removes them.

After 14 days

We'll still read your email. If something is broken, or Unmeet stopped working after an update to Teams, Zoom or Google Meet, tell us — we'd rather fix it or refund you than have you stuck with something that doesn't work.

Before you buy

You can avoid needing a refund entirely: your first escape is free, with no payment and no licence key. That's enough to confirm Unmeet works with your setup.

Do check one thing first — Unmeet needs macOS Accessibility permission, which only an administrator can grant. On a company-managed Mac where you're not an admin, it cannot work. This is the single most common reason someone can't use it.

Your statutory rights

If you're in the EU or UK, you have a legal 14-day right of withdrawal on digital purchases. This policy meets that right, and nothing here limits it.
