Unmeet is made by Amine Leben, operating as a sole trader in Germany. Contact: support@getunmeet.com.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, who act as the merchant of record. Paddle is the seller on your receipt, handles payment and applicable sales tax or VAT, and their buyer terms apply to the transaction.
A perpetual licence to use the Unmeet macOS application. €9.99 (or local equivalent), paid once. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
One licence may be activated on two Macs at a time. You can release a Mac at any time from Settings → Licence to free the slot for another.
The licence is for your personal use. You may not resell, sublicense, or share your licence key.
14-day full refund, no questions asked. If Unmeet doesn't work for you or isn't what you expected, email support@getunmeet.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full.
If you're in the EU or UK, you also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases. Our policy above meets or exceeds it.
Refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days. Your licence is deactivated when a refund is issued.
Before buying, please check that:
Your first escape is free, so you can confirm it works on your setup before paying.
Unmeet automates leaving a video meeting: it composes a short message, posts it in the meeting chat, turns off your camera and microphone, and leaves the call. It can optionally disconnect your Mac's Wi-Fi for a set period.
You choose what it says and when to use it. You are responsible for how you use it, including any consequences with your employer, clients or colleagues.
Your licence includes updates within version 1.x. Unmeet works by automating other applications, so changes by Microsoft, Zoom or Google may temporarily break parts of it; we'll fix these where we reasonably can, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted compatibility.
Unmeet is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
Your profile, excuses and history stay on your Mac. Our licence server stores only your key, transaction ID, the email you paid with, and the names of activated Macs. Details in our privacy policy.
These terms are governed by German law. If you're a consumer, you keep the protections of the law of your country of residence.
