macOS · Teams · Zoom · Google Meet

Leave the meeting without leaving a trace.

Unmeet writes an excuse that sounds like you, posts it in the meeting chat, turns off your camera and mic, and leaves the call.

The meeting was booked for 60 minutes · You were needed for 10 · Unmeet gives back the other 50

One free escape before you pay · Everything runs on your Mac

…so if we push the migration a week, does that break anything on your side?
Marco R.
Shouldn't do. I'll confirm after.

No scrambling for an excuse

No forty minutes you'll never get back

Nobody wondering where you went

Works with
The problem

You already know how this goes. You've done it this week.

01Staying

“I'll just stay. It's only another twenty minutes.”

It was not another twenty minutes. The agenda drifted an hour ago and you've said nothing since — but leaving now would be noticed.

Costs you the afternoon
02The recycled excuse

“Sorry — I've got another call.”

It worked last Tuesday, so you used it again. Nobody says anything. They rarely do — they just quietly start expecting it.

Costs you credibility
03Vanishing

“…did we lose Tom?”

No message, no explanation. Your tile goes dark mid-sentence — and that gets remembered far longer than anything said in the meeting.

Costs you the room
50minutes

Every option costs you something.

Leaving a meeting well is a real skill — the right words, the right moment, and something different every time so it never becomes a pattern. Unmeet just does that part for you.

Or just leave, properly, in one click.

A believable message, camera and mic handled, out of the call in about six seconds. Your first escape is free.

Reads like someone who had to go, not someone who fled. Timed with human pauses so it never looks scripted.

The Freeze

THE FULL PERFORMANCE
Message lands

You drop

Your Wi-Fi genuinely goes down mid-call, so everyone watches your picture freeze exactly the way a dying connection looks — because it is one. Camera and mic deliberately stay on: there's nothing to freeze otherwise.

Before you install it

An app that asks for Accessibility deserves scrutiny.

It is the most powerful permission macOS grants, and you should not hand it to software on trust alone. Here is exactly what Unmeet does with it — and how to check that what you downloaded is what we published.

Signed and checked by Apple

Unmeet is signed with a Developer ID certificate and notarized by Apple — meaning Apple scanned the app for malicious code before it could be distributed. macOS verifies both every time you open it. Team ID 822U6764F5.

Your meetings never leave your Mac

Your job details, your excuse wordings, what is written in the meeting chat and every escape you have made stay on your Mac only. Unmeet makes exactly one kind of network request, and it is checking your licence key.

No analytics, no tracking

No telemetry, no crash reporting, no advertising SDKs — and no third-party code at all. The licence check sends your key and your Mac's name so you can recognise your own devices. Nothing about your meetings is ever sent.

Open Terminal and run shasum -a 256 ~/Downloads/Unmeet.dmg. If what it prints matches the line above, your copy is byte-for-byte identical to the one we published — nothing was altered or swapped in transit.
